Legal Manager - Saurashtra Region (Gujarat)
At Winderra Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., we are developing large-scale solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy projects across India. As we expand our development activities in Gujarat, we are looking for a Legal Manager who can ensure strong legal due diligence, compliant land transactions, and effective regulatory management for projects in the Saurashtra region.

Position Details
Role: Legal Manager
Location: Saurashtra Region, Gujarat
Experience: 4–8 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal due diligence of land parcels including title verification and encumbrance checks
• Draft, review, and negotiate lease deeds, sale agreements, MoUs, POAs, and development agreements
• Coordinate with external advocates, lawyers, and consultants
• Support land acquisition teams in structuring legally compliant transactions
• Handle company agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements
• Monitor regulatory compliance related to land and renewable energy projects
• Support dispute resolution and legal risk mitigation
• Maintain legal documentation repositories and contract tracking systems
• Liaise with government departments for registrations and legal compliances
Required Qualifications
• LLB or LLM from a recognized university
• 4–8 years of experience in real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy legal roles
• Strong understanding of land laws and registration processes in Gujarat
• Experience drafting commercial agreements and legal notices
• Strong attention to detail and documentation capability
Preferred Skills
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure project legal work
• Understanding of land revenue processes and conversion regulations
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in project-driven or startup environments

Role: Land Surveyor
Location: Saurashtra Region, Gujarat
Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct physical land surveys using standard surveying tools and equipment
• Verify land boundaries, access roads, and site feasibility conditions
• Support land identification teams with topographical inputs and site suitability insights
• Coordinate with local revenue officials for land map verification and records
• Perform GPS mapping, geo-tagging, and survey reporting
• Maintain accurate records of coordinates, measurements, and site features
• Identify risks such as encroachments, right-of-way issues, or access challenges
• Support preparation of land data for project planning and approvals
• Travel extensively across project locations in the Saurashtra region
• Prepare and interpret AutoCAD drawings where required
Required Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in land surveying or infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with land measurement practices and revenue maps in Gujarat
• Ability to read cadastral maps and interpret land records
• Willingness to work in field-intensive roles
Preferred Skills
• Experience in Total Station, DGPS, or GIS surveys
• Prior experience in renewable energy or infrastructure projects
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or mapping software

• Maintain relationships with local government authorities such as Mamlatdar offices, revenue officials, and district administration
• Facilitate land conversion processes and support regulatory approvals
• Conduct site visits and maintain records of land parcels and negotiations
• Support project teams in ensuring land readiness for project execution
• Monitor regional policy changes and land market developments
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Business Administration, Law, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in land acquisition or project development
• Strong familiarity with land records and revenue processes in Gujarat
• Experience working with local landowners and intermediaries
• Ability to travel extensively across the Saurashtra region
