HR & Administration Executive - Indore (MP)
We are looking for an organised and people-focused HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administration at Winderra.
The role will involve maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, managing attendance and leave, supporting payroll and statutory compliance, and ensuring smooth office administration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently in a growing organisation and handling multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, expense, receipt and payment transactions accurately.
- Prepare and process client invoices, debit notes, credit notes and related documentation.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records and follow up on outstanding items.
- Perform regular bank, ledger and vendor reconciliations.
- Prepare payment requests and coordinate with management for timely vendor and statutory payments.
- Handle GST-related accounting, including invoice reconciliation, input tax credit tracking and coordination for GST returns.
- Calculate and coordinate TDS deductions, payments and return-related requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for GST, TDS and other statutory records.
- Coordinate with the company's Chartered Accountant and external consultants for accounting and statutory matters.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, expense reports and management MIS.
- Monitor project-wise and business-wise expenses and maintain supporting documentation.
- Verify vendor invoices, bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain records of advances, reimbursements and employee expenses.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support statutory audit, tax audit and other financial audits by providing required records and documentation.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and maintained in an organised manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and company information.

This position requires access to confidential commercial, financial, technical, legal, operational, and strategic information relating to the Company's projects and business activities. The incumbent is expected to maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and discretion while handling sensitive information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a startup, project-based or growing organisation.
- Working knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination and basic labour compliance.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and standard office tools.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with employees, management, vendors and external consultants.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Practical, responsible and detail-oriented approach to work.
