Position Details
Role: Land Manager
Location: Malwa Region, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 3–7 Years
Industry Preference: Renewable Energy / Infrastructure / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities
• Identify suitable land parcels for solar, wind, or hybrid projects
• Lead land aggregation and negotiations with landowners and local stakeholders
• Conduct preliminary due diligence (title check, classification, encumbrance review)
• Coordinate documentation including lease agreements and sale deeds
• Work closely with local authorities (Tehsildar, Patwari, district officials)
• Support land conversion and regulatory approval processes
• Maintain strong relationships with brokers, communities, and partners
• Track land availability, policy changes, and regional developments
• Maintain structured records of land pipeline and negotiation progress
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (Agriculture / Rural Development / Business / Law or related fields)
• 3–7 years of land acquisition or land aggregation experience
• Strong knowledge of MP land records and revenue processes
• Experience dealing with local stakeholders and authorities
• Willingness for extensive field travel
Preferred Skills
• Renewable energy or infrastructure land experience
• Understanding of registry and land conversion procedures
• Strong negotiation and relationship management ability
• Familiarity with Malwa region and local dialects
