Legal Manager - Indore / Malwa Region (Madhya Pradesh)

Position Details
Role: Legal Manager
Location: Indore / Malwa Region, Madhya Pradesh
Experience: 4–8 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct land legal due diligence including title verification and encumbrance checks
• Draft and review lease deeds, sale agreements, MoUs, POAs, and development agreements
• Coordinate with external advocates and legal consultants
• Support land acquisition teams in structuring compliant transactions
• Draft and manage company agreements including NDAs and vendor contracts
• Ensure regulatory compliance related to land and renewable projects
• Support dispute resolution and legal risk mitigation
• Maintain legal documentation and contract tracking systems
• Liaise with government departments for registrations and approvals
Required Qualifications
• LLB or LLM from a recognized university
• 4–8 years experience in real estate, infrastructure, or renewable energy legal roles
• Strong understanding of MP land laws and registration processes
• Experience in drafting commercial agreements and legal documentation
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure legal projects
• Understanding of land conversion and revenue processes
• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capability
• Experience in project-driven or startup environments
